The location was superb, allowing easy access to nightlife and restaurants. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a great experience for all guests!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, leaving us slightly uncomfortable during our stay.

The staff was great and super helpful. The location is awesome, tons of bars, restaurants, and clubs right down the street. I had a large and comfortable room, which was clean and economical. Perfect spot for a solo traveler like me!

WIFI completely unusable for work!!! Old, noisy air conditioning struggled to cool the excessively hot room!!! Poor soundproofing made it impossible to avoid noise from nearby guests!!! Must improve water quality in the rooms!!!

Consider requesting a room on the upper floors for better views and a quieter experience, as the lower floors can be impacted by street noise.

During our stay, we found the hotel conveniently located near many attractions, including the Basilica of Our Lady of Candelaria and Nutibara Hill, making it easy to explore the area. The room was quite spacious and featured a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed, perfect for our family after a day out. Even though we faced some issues with the air conditioning, the overall atmosphere was pleasant and the cleaning staff maintained a clean environment throughout our visit. We appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to various city parks and gardens, enhancing our stay.

My room was excessively noisy, making it impossible to rest. I had issues with the air conditioning. it was old and couldn't cool the room properly. Additionally, I found the customer service lacking, as they were reluctant to assist with my requests.

what a shame this hotel had such potential. the wifi was completely unusable for work, and the mattresses felt like rocks. i could barely sleep! they don’t offer any kind of complimentary gesture for discomfort. this could’ve been a great stay but just couldn’t because of those issues.

i've stayed in medellin before and villa real exceeded my expectations during this trip. the large comfortable room was great, and i enjoyed the convenience of nearby attractions. the staff was helpful and kind, making my stay even better.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of vibrant nightlife with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and the noise level from outside made it challenging to rest at night. Additionally, the WiFi connection was inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating.

The large room was super comfy with a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a private bathroom. It had a fan and a clothes rack too. Loved the accessible upper floors via elevator. The spa facilities were a nice bonus for relaxation. Clean atmosphere made it all even better.
